AJ Craig got his combat sports career started off in amateur MMA back in 2018. He had a very active career, fighting 12 times up until 2023 and debuted as a pro the next year. He scored a submission victory then and to date, that is his sole mixed martial arts fight as a pro.
Craig made the jump to bare knuckle in an attempt to try his hands in a new sport with higher ceilings and more opportunity for him to reach a ranking position in a notable promotion with a spotlight. Despite falling short in his debut against Elijah Jamerson, Craig has achieved bare-knuckle victory outside of the BKFC Squared Circle. He repeatedly knocked down Darrick Gates in his second BK bout and looks to carry that momentum back into the number one bare-knuckle promotion in the world.
AJ Craig is a father to a young boy and a blue collar worker outside of his fight career. That grit and determination shown by many of those types of guys carries them far in the fight game and we could see a new contender in the stacked bantamweight division if he continues to improve fight over fight.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
