Britain Hart added to her exceptional resume on the weekend.

At BKFC 39 in Norfolk, VA on Friday, Hart successfully defended her BKFC World Women’s Strawweight Championship for the first time against Jenny “Savage” Clausius, LIVE on The BKFC App.

The victory upped Hart’s record to 7-3, making her the first female fighter in BKFC history to compete 10 times in the Squared Circle. Hart also assumed top spot on the leaderboard for most all-time victories among female BKFC fighters (she was previously tied with Christine “Misfit” Ferea).

Hart had to overcome immense expectations, issues in her personal life and online bullying to rise to the occasion in Friday’s Co-Main Event. All victories are special, of course, but Hart has been riding high since her big night in Norfolk.

“You need to believe in yourself no matter what, we can do hard things, and I’m in BKFC for a reason,” Hart says when asked of her biggest takeaways from her fight.

“I’ve always felt like I belong here. Whenever I’m challenged or personal turbulence enters the picture, I find a way to rise above it, and this was another example of that.”

With history in her rearview mirror, Hart is moving forward.

“I’m just going to keep working on being great and using this platform to share my story, connect with others, and grow,” Hart says.

“I’m going to make the most of it. I’m not going to squander it. I’m ready for whatever is coming my way.”
