Brandon Allen entered the world of BKFC early on in the growing promotions days at BKFC 19 in Tampa, FL. He did so after a nice little run in amateur MMA where he went 4-2 after starting out undefeated in those first four fights.
In BKFC, Allen has faced a solid level of competition having beaten opponents like Stevo Morris and Seth Shaffer. His experience under the bright lights of BKFC is usually going to outweigh his opponents. *He’s been active and over his three year career in the promotion, Allen has fought five times.
Expect a fast start with calculated pressure but he won’t just rush in right when the first bell rings. In fact, Allen seems to be more effective fighting off of the back foot and countering when his opponent throws a less than perfect strike his way. With high level head movement and quick hands, Allen is a handful for anyone in his featherweight division.
Allen represents Shift Combat which we all know is one of if not the very best gym at this time for bare-knuckle fighters having *two champions in BKFC. If he keeps his current momentum rolling, a title fight is undoubtedly in his near future.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
