  1. General Privacy Policy Matters

      • E-commerce platforms and services, which provide BKFC merchandise to BKFC fans;
      • Ticket sellers who sell tickets to BKFC events; and
      • Venues that host BKFC events and provide various marketing, advertising, customer support, and security services related to BKFC events.

  • operate, maintain, and optimize the Service;
  • improve the quality and types of services that we deliver, including training or informing BKFC’S algorithm(s);

  • to provide you with information regarding our products and services, including to send you our newsletters if you have signed up for this service;

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and children under 16 are not permitted to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. The BKFC website is owned and operated by BKFC, which is located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please note that personal data may be processed in the cloud by our cloud service providers, such as Google Cloud, which offer sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards that meet the standards of the EU Legislation General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”).

BKFC endeavors to be fully compliant with the GDPR and UK GDPR. BKFC may act, depending on the circumstances, as either or both a Controller and a Processor of personal data (as these terms are defined in the GDPR and the UK GDPR as applicable). We act as the Controller of information that we ask you to provide to sign up to our newsletter and information that we automatically collect when you use the Service. We act as the Processor of user-generated content and information provided to us by third parties or other websites.

EEA and UK users have the following rights:

  • Right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. However, we may be entitled to continue processing your information based on our legitimate interests or where this is relevant to legal claims.
