Pro MMA Record: 7-4-0 (Win-Loss-Draw)
Josh Watson began his fighting career in MMA where he ran up a 7-4 record, mostly on the New England regional scene. ‘Stay Down’ as he’s known, has never seen the final bell in any fight that he’s been in whether it be in the octagon or the Squared Circle. With one shot, night-ending power, the heavyweight is a handful for anyone toeing the line opposite him.
The New England native and now Las Vegas-residing brawler really made a name for himself in the BKFC after a major upset knockout over the former NFL player and UFC veteran Greg Hardy. Watson was slated to welcome Hardy into the organization and it seemed to more casual fans that this was a showcase fight for Hardy. Watson quickly spoiled that party with a viral knockout that will live on the internet forever.
Expect violence every time Watson squares up and don’t expect the fight to make it to the later rounds. To date, he hasn’t had to land north of 20 punches in wins and he is dropping his opponents multiple times in that short time.
