Shawn Brooks brings absolute heat when he steps in to fight, and judging by his past performances he’s willing to go out on his shield. When he wins he is pushing the pace, looks nasty doing it and gets a finish. Brooks is an aggressive forward pressure focused striker, and counter punching seems to be a last resort.
The “MidKnightExpress” fought 10 times on the virginia amateur scene and as referenced before, the man does not like to risk a decision. Making his bare-knuckle debut in Manassas, VA. on a Fight Night Prospects card is going to be a massive opportunity for him as a 1-3 professional MMA fighter and with a focus on striking, it is unlikely that the Maryland based brawler will disappoint.
Brooks trains his butt off and takes his job very seriously as seen on his social media. Whether he wins or loses a fight, he pays respect to his opponent and stays incredibly humble throughout his journey to the highest possible level he can attain in his combat sports career.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
