Ryan Petersen is a Muay Thai style striker with some bare-knuckle experience under his belt before stepping onto the big stage. He’s had some amateur kickboxing bouts as well and looks to move into a sport when he can only use his hands, which he prefers.
Petersen is going to look to make every fight a short one. It’s not that he can’t go the distance because he has done so before and came out victorious, he just likes to rush to the finish and get his money quickly. Expect him to put on a pace and go chin for chin with his opponent while using technical striking.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
