Francesco Ricchi is an Italian-American bare-knuckle fighter and the former interim middleweight champion in BKFC. Ricchi went 4-0 to get himself that interim title shot and defeated the power-punching Uly Diaz for a shot at undisputed gold against David Mundell. He fell short there and again to Erick Lozano but still remains a dangerous contender at 175.
Ricchi began his fight career in amateur MMA where he holds a record of 3-2 and he also has a single pro win with a record of 1-0. The Florida-based fighter got a majority of his MMA wins by submission and found his hands once he decided to drop the gloves. Since joining the BKFC roster, Ricchi has found all of his wins by T/KO or doctor stoppage with the exception of one decision win. The power and technique is there and he is a handful for anyone who toes the line against him.
