Steven Sainsbury is new to the combat sports world but was an undefeated professional mixed martial artist at 2-0 upon his BKFC debut. He fought for the first time in the Squared Circle against Paulo Games at a fight night in Los Angeles in November of 2024.
Sainsbury lives and breathes fighting and will look to carve a path in the BKFC’s middleweight division. In MMA, despite the short record at his debut, Sainsbury appears to be someone who is always looking for the finish. He held one win by KO and one win by submission in the sport. Expect those finishing ways to continue in BKFC and expect an entertaining fight when he toes the line.

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the first promotion allowed to hold a legal, sanctioned, and regulated bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889.

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
