Itso Babulaidze stepped into the Squared Circle for the first time as the Ring of Combat’s welterweight champion. Born in Georgia and fighting out of New York, Babulaidze held a 5-0 professional MMA record before fighting Bryan McDowell at KnuckleMania V.
With a well-rounded MMA game and some grappling chops that we now know go a long way in BKFC, expect Babulaidze to be a challenge to any middleweight on the BKFC roster! He holds wins by all three major methods in MMA (KO, submission & decision.)

Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
