The Taylor Starling redemption tour draws to a close in the Main Event of BKFC 63.

On Aug. 3, in the final fight of BKFC’s hotly anticipated debut in Sturgis, SD, Starling challenges Britain Hart for Hart’s BKFC World Women’s Strawweight Title, LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App.

Starling has been unfairly harassed online since her 40-second loss to Christine Ferea in their BKFC 28 Main Event matchup for the BKFC World Women’s Flyweight Title in 2022.

Starling still gets messages daily about her loss to Ferea. The comments don’t bother her at this point, and she’s at peace with her loss. The 28-year-old Starling used that bout as a turning point in her BKFC career, even spending time in the gym with her former foe Ferea.

“I’ve learned so much from that loss,” says Starling, who's coming off a victory over Jenny "Savage" Clausius in January.

“Instead of just being pissed off that Christine beat my ass, I used it as an opportunity to pick her brain and really learn how a champion operates, and what I need to do to become a World Champion.

“I’m a completely different fighter today than I was then, inside and out,” she adds. “If the current version of myself fought that version of myself from my first title fight, I’d knock her out too.”

Starling will have to settle for trying to knock out Hart – which is exactly what she’s gunning for in Sturgis.

“Britain has fought the best in the game, but at 115 pounds, she hasn’t really fought anyone that’s really going to take it to her, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do,” Starling says.

“I’m going to bring it to her, and I’m going to take that belt.”
