BKFC stars split on predictions for BKFC 69 Main Event

Two of the top dogs in BKFC’s stacked bantamweight division — former BKFC World Champion Keith “The Rockstar” Richardson and undefeated challenger Michael “Papa G” Larrimore — clash in Friday’s BKFC 69 Main Event at Gas South Arena in Atlanta. We checked in with some of BKFC’s most knowledgeable fighters for their predictions heading into BKFC’s weekend debut in Georgia, LIVE worldwide on The BKFC App.

Zach “Shark Attack” Calmus: I don’t think there’s any chance that “Papa G” Larrimore will defeat the former champ. Keith Richardson is a soldier and under no conditions or circumstances will he lose. He’s 4-1 with BKFC and they’re all good wins. He wants to be Champion again.

“Slick” Rick Caruso: I honestly see this fight going much like how Keith's fight with Reggie Barnett Jr. went — a passing of the torch, per se. I think Michael and the SHIFT team are just too much for Keith this soon after his last outing. Things like that take a long time to recover from. With that being said, I've got Michael by second-round TKO.

Ramiro Figueroa: I think this fight’s gonna be a wild one. Both Keith Richardson and Michael Larrimore are super active from the start, so I doubt it’ll go the distance. I’m leaning towards Keith winning by KO in the first or second round. But hey, Michael’s got some power himself, so it could turn around at any moment. Should be an interesting one!

“Super” Chad Lucanas: I’ll say Larrimore because of his youth.

Wanya “The Rated R Superstar” Reid: I’m going with Keith Richardson on this one. I feel like he has something to prove coming off that loss to Alberto Blas, and I just don’t feel Larrimore has fought anyone at that level of competition as of yet. I’m going with the former champ.

JR “The Lion” Ridge: Much love to Richardson — he’s a very talented fighter! I’m having to go with the hometown guy, Larrimore. Five-round battle, split-decision win for Larrimore.

Andrew “Legend” Strode: I’ve got Keith Richardson; he’s been a champ before so he knows what it takes to win and compete a high-level good scrap.

Andrew “Golden Child” Yates: Going to ride with Keith. Easy win, easy money. Put the house on it — it’s an easy pick!

Zeb “CWB” Vincent: I’ve got Keith! I believe he has what it takes to pull out this W.

Ruben “Bad Boy” Warr: I think Keith is a dog and will prove himself again that he belongs in BKFC.
