Kaine Tomlinson Jr. is embracing whatever the crowd gives him at KnuckleMania V.

On Jan. 25 at the star-studded showcase event, Tomlinson Jr. enters “hostile territory” to take on hometown favorite Pat Sullivan in Philadelphia at the legendary Wells Fargo Center, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.

They call Philly “The City of Brotherly Love,” but that’s not exactly what the 24-year-old Roanoke, VA welterweight expects on fight night when the world’s fastest growing combat sports promotion debuts in its hometown of Philadelphia.

“I don’t mind being the underdog — I actually like that,” the two-time BKFC vet says.

“I ain’t trippin’; they can boo me all they want,” he adds with a laugh. “We can go five hard rounds and they can boo me the whole time, but I ain’t losing.”

Tomlinson Jr. — and his brother, Zion Tomlinson — are so far the only second-generation fighters in BKFC history. The hard-hitting family’s patriarch, Kaine Tomlinson Sr., is a four-time BKFC vet. Tomlinson Jr. is proudly carrying his family’s BKFC torch into the new year.

“My dad knows how far I can go in this sport, even though I’m not totally sure how far I can climb with BKFC yet. He sees a lot in me, so I’m just going to keep on competing and listening to him,” Tomlinson Jr. says.

“I’m just taking everything one step at a time. I’ve got to win this fight, then I just want to continue working my way up the rankings against BKFC’s best fighters.”
