Surging Cameron "Jumpman" VanCamp soaring into Saturday's Main Event

Cameron “Jumpman” VanCamp is locked in for the biggest fight of his life.

On Saturday, he takes on Julian Lane in the Main Event of BKFC’s hotly anticipated return to the iconic Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.

Serious rankings implications in the stacked BKFC welterweight division are at stake between VanCamp, who’s hunting for his third straight victory, and Lane, who brings a three-fight winning streak into Saturday’s action.

“This is a huge fight and a pivotal moment for my career,” VanCamp says on the eve of his fourth fight with the world’s fastest growing combat sports promotion.

“Lane has a big name, especially in bare knuckle, so this is going to be a great win for my resume.”

Victory won’t come easily against the battle-tested Lane, who’s gone toe-to-toe in the BKFC Squared Circle with iconic fighters like “Platinum” Mike Perry, David “Redneck” Mundell and Thiago “Pitbull” Alves. VanCamp is eagerly embracing the challenge.

“He’s a tough dude and he comes straight forward, but I don’t think he’s going to be able to deal with my boxing, my creativity and my speed,” VanCamp says.

VanCamp didn’t sign with BKFC in 2023 for frivolous reasons — the 31-year-old Indianapolous, IN fighter has been chasing the belt since Day 1. He knows a big win Saturday will help cover a lot of ground in his quest for BKFC gold, so he’s ready to make a statement under the bright lights at Mohegan Sun.

“I want to go all the way with BKFC,” he says. “I fell in love with this promotion since I was first introduced to it. I’m fully committed to this sport, and I’m going for the belt.”
