"Untouchable" Tyler Randall vows to retire John Dodson in 2025

Tyler “Rookie” Randall is coming of age in the BKFC Squared Circle.

At BKFC on DAZN: Hollywood, Randall earned his fourth BKFC victory with a first-round KO over Austin Lewis at the sold-out Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL, LIVE worldwide on DAZN.

The 30-year-old Hoosick Falls, NY product has now won back-to-back fights, including his April victory over former BKFC World Flyweight Championship challenger JR Ridge.

“In my first few bare knuckle fights, I felt unsettled because I’m not a traditional boxer. But now that I’ve settled in with BKFC, I’m a lot more comfortable in there,” Randall says.

“The JR Ridge fight was very eye opening. Before that, losing to Cary Caprio and Chancey Wilson taught me a lot too — what I can't do, what I shouldn't do, and what I'll never do again. After the Ridge fight, I sharpened up my boxing to the point that I feel impeccable now. I feel sharp, I feel accurate, I feel comfortable.

“At this point in my life, I literally feel untouchable.”

Randall, the No. 3 contender in the stacked BKFC flyweight division, has big goals for 2025.

"I've asked to fight Chancey Wilson on Feb. 1 at Mohegan Sun so I can get that loss off my record, and then I'd love to fight John Dodson in Dubai. I'm going to retire him, and I’m going to take the belt home,” Randall says.

“Dodson is too slow,” he adds.

“He’s too fidgety, he’s too repetitive. He swells up and gets cut too much. I see myself hitting him and him dropping to his knee a couple times and not answering the bell, or I see him being so lacerated to the point that he can’t answer the bell.”
