Howard ‘HD’ Davis is a tried and true BKFC veteran who has proven he can fight at the very highest levels of 145 and 155. The 6’2” boxing specialist made his professional debut in the BKFC Squared Circle back at BKFC 22 in November of 2021. He’s racked up quite the resume in the world’s premier bare-knuckle boxing organization and doesn’t look to be slowing down anytime soon.
When ‘HD’ toes the line, expect for the lanky striker to utilize his 77” reach and deceiving power to hunt the knockout. What’s refreshing about the Florida native’s striking is the fact that he holds his power for the duration of a fight and can get knockouts in any round. Some fighters tend to be round one or bust but that just isn’t the case with ‘HD.’ He looked unbeatable until he faced Louie Lopez who finally proved that Davis is in fact human and defeated him by doctor stoppage in his first ever loss. Another admirable trait of the fighter is his willingness to participate in and his seeking out of difficult fights to prove he belongs.
Howard Davis was proudly baptized as a Christian at age 29 and looks to Jesus Christ in tough times and good times alike. He’s a dedicated father and family man while staying on the grind with the goal in mind to hold gold one day in this dangerous sport of ours. Rules
Fighters are permitted to wrap and tape the wrist, thumb, and mid-hand. No gauze or tape can be within 1 inch of the knuckles.
Fighters will “Toe The Line” There are two lines, three feet apart, in the center of the ring where the fighters will start each round. The front foot will be on the line, and then the referee will instruct the fighters to “Knuckle Up” this means the beginning of the round/bout. More »
