Nate Morrow wants to take on BKFC's best

Nate “The Bad Man” Morrow made quite a first impression in his bare knuckle debut at BKFC Fight Night Omaha.

The 29-year-old Lincoln, NE product sent opponent Josh Krejci to the canvas four times en route to a third-round TKO victory in their recent featherweight matchup at the sold-out Liberty First Arena in Omaha, NE.

Morrow may be new to BKFC, but he’s been training and competing for the better part of two decades.

“Fighting has been my life for as long as I can remember, and I love it,” he says. “I’ve boxed, kickboxed, done MMA, now I’m doing BKFC, and I truly love fighting.”

Morrow was a step ahead of his opponent in his debut. He believes his technical prowess and his affinity for battle are going to separate him from the pack in the 135-pound and 145-pound weight classes.

He’d like a quick turnaround in the Squared Circle – ideally against Abdiel Velazquez, who recently earned his fourth BKFC victory with a first-round stoppage over Travis Thompson, then the No. 5 contender in the BKFC bantamweight division.

“I’m no spring chicken; I’ve been fighting for 14 years. Yes, they might want me to fight another guy newer to the organization, but I feel that I’m ready to compete with the best guys in BKFC,” Morrow says.

“I’m ready to go with anybody.”
